Run by husband and wife Christian and Amy Dick, Speedworks have had much success in the past including winning the Team Championship in the Ginetta G50 Cup, and the British GT 4 Championship. Speedworks debuted in the BTCC Championship in 2011 with the very first Next Generation Touring Car.
Without marshals, there wouldn’t be motor sport. From the pits and paddock to track-side and behind the scenes, marshals allow motor sport meetings to run smoothly. A marshal’s job is essential providing administrative functions and safety cover. It’s the closest you can get to the action without being sat in the driving seat!
The MSA Scottish Rally Championship comprises seven exhilarating events including the Speyside Stages and the Galloway Hills Rally. Around 100 drivers, navigators and their support crews tackle gravel forestry tracks during the course of the season in a bid to take the overall championship crown.
The BTRDA Rally Series is recognised as the most popular rally championship in the UK, provide the very best selection of Nat B forest stage rallies. The 2017 calendar includes eight one-day events, starting with the Cambrian Rally in February and finishing with the Trackrod Forest Stages in North Yorkshire on 30th September.
The ASWMC was first established in 1957 to assist local motor clubs with group representation at the then RAC's Competition Department to safeguard their interests and activities. With just 21 member clubs back then, ASWMC now has 87 member clubs and run 15 different Championships, making them one of the largest Regional Associations in the UK.
Formed in 1980 by a group of people within the British Motorsport Marshals Club who all had a common interest in rally marshalling. Back in 1980 the "mission" of the BRMC was to promote Safer Motor Sport and that remains the club's primary objective to this day.
