Reis Motorsport Insurance announces sponsorship agreement with HRCR
Reis Motorsport Insurance (Reis) is proud to announce a new partnership with the Historic Rally Car Register (HRCR), including support for several events the club is hosting in its 2025 calendar.
As part of the agreement, Reis will become the headline sponsor of the HRCR Annual Open Day, taking place at the Heritage Motor Centre, Gaydon, in January 2025. Additionally, Reis will be supporting the HRCR’s Awards Event, Training Day, and Championships (including Clubmans, Mini Cup, Stage Masters and Scenic Tours).
The HRCR was the first club to introduce the concept of ‘Historic Rallying’ when it launched in 1984, documenting original ‘Works’ rally cars. It has since expanded to be the largest club dedicated to this scene.
With cars originally rallied from the 1950s through to the 1980s involved in modern-day rallying, HRCR members can be found supporting all forms of historic rallying in Britain and abroad; as drivers, navigators, organisers, marshals, and spectators.
As a leading motorsport insurance broker, Reis will be offering its flagship multi-vehicle insurance cover to members of the HRCR, affording them exclusive access to enhanced cover with Comprehensive Cover for Regularity Rallies, including road sections and daylight special tests.
Commenting on the partnership and headline sponsorship of the HRCR Annual Open Day, Mark Taylor, Head of Motorsport at Reis, said: “Reis has provided insurance for rallying since our inception, so this partnership with the HRCR underlines our commitment to the future of rallying.
“HRCR is the home of historical rallying, and Reis is the home of motorsport insurance, so this is a perfect match. We are all enthusiasts at Reis, and we’re looking forward to being a part of HRCR’s events calendar next year and supporting the club and its members in their activities throughout the season.”
Paul Loveridge, Chairman of the HRCR, said: “We are excited to be working with Reis in 2025. They are a well-known and respected motorsport insurance broker and have developed a fantastic multi-vehicle insurance product to perfectly meet the needs of our members.
“We are excited that Reis are offering an exclusive benefit to our members of comprehensive cover on daylight special tests during regularity rallies.”
