Motor Insurance Database (MID) offline this weekend

Please note that the Motor Insurance Database (MID) is currently offline from Friday 26th April 2024 until 8am on Monday 29th April for upgrades and migration to a new system.

During this time, we will be unable to process any change of vehicle on the MID, and will process these on Monday 29th April when the system is up and running again.

Please advise us of any changes of vehicle as normal, but be mindful that these will not show on the MID during the period the system is being upgraded.
